Here are the different forms that work takes.
Unlimited 1:1 Coaching
It’s a clickbait name but it means I don’t charge by the hour. For a flat fee per quarter (3 months) we’ll talk as long as you need as often as you need. I’ll be a sounding board, provide accountability, and focus. I’ll share best practices, and we’ll use tools I’ve developed. Each session ends with action items you’ll commit to before our next session. No long term commitment – continue only if we both feel it’s useful. My most popular offering. Systems Inventory
Together with your leadership team we review each system in your firm and rate them for maturity, robustness, and suitability for the size and stage of your organization. You’ll end up with ranking of each system and a plan to prioritize growth knowing where to start.
Process Mapping
Working on one system at a time, we make the work visible for consistency, alignment, scalability and increased profits. This is the first step to documenting SOPs and it’s useful on it’s own as well. The deliverables are a visual of the steps involved in producing an output and (optionally) a future case improvement of the same. This is best done in person but can be done virtually as well.
Facilitation
A leader can’t run the meeting and also be a participant. I’ll keep the meeting on track to make sure the right outcome is achieved, decisions are made, and actions assigned. This is useful for Annual Planning, Org Restructuring, Strategy Development, Crisis Resolution and Better Internal Communication.
